Sheila Graham's home is on North Hayworth Avenue in West Hollywood, California. It was here in this apartment the noted gossip columnist lived with her lover, author F. Scott Fitzgerald. Fitzgerald had recently suffered a heart attack at Schwab's Drugstore and was told by his doctors to avoid physical exertion. His room in a nearby apartment was located two flights up, so to avoid the physical stress of climbing the flights he moved to Graham's ground floor apartment. However, on December 21, 1940, Fitzgerald suffered a fatal heart attack, here in her apartment. At the time of his death he was working on The Last Tycoon.
