Connie Mack Home - Philadelphia

Baseball Hall of Fame manager Connie Mack lived in this house until his death in 1956 at age 93.  He managed the Philadelphia Athletics for 50 years, beginning in 1901, leading the team to 9 pennants and five World Series wins, 1910, 1911, 1913, 1929 and 1930.  He was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1937.
