This Spanish Colonial ranch house was built in 1946 by the Jergens family. In 1960, Ray Kroc of McDonalds fame bought the home and lived here until 1970, when Elvis Presley purchased the property. Elvis lived here with Priscilla until their separation in 1972. He retained the property until his death in 1977. Singer Frankie Valli then bought the home in 1981, selling the property in 1983.
